I can't wait for us to get into our new-old house!! we're supposed to close on Dec. 31st, but the current owners are open to doing it sooner. Lots of decorating, and fixin' up to do...first thing we're going to do---re-do the hardwood floors, that way we don't have to wonder where to put the furniture...then it's on to painting...then I think we can move in...

I know how excited you are about your new/old house!! We just closed on ours in June and are in the process of trying to fix some things and get all situated.... Best of luck in getting everything the way you want it and most of all CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Congratulations back atcha!! I love old houses...wish we could have found something on 2 acres...here that would cost us probably about $250k. EEK.

Well, we got pictures taken, but in moving and still not having all the boxes emptied yet, cant find the usb cable thing to hook the camera up to the computer with, so will have to go get a new one!!!

The floors here need to be redone. It looks like all they did was wax 'em so it shouldn't be too hard to redo. They're in pretty good shape, really---don't know when that little project will get started. The tricky part will be---where do we go with all this STUFF???
