I was taking vitamin E for about a year, and found that my hair would grow much faster than normal. Quit taking it about a year ago, and it seems that it grows faster now than it did then. I've got about 3 inches before it gets to my waist, and my hair NEVER grew fast. What's goin' on???? [image]

Same here, i was taking vitamin E every day and my hair, my nails, everything seemed so healthy, and now that i have stopped (dont really know why), everything still seems to be growing quickly as well!!
