Pineapple Salsa...
2 cups minched fresh pineapple or one can crushed. 2 medium cloves garlic, minced fine 2 tablespoons minched fresh mint 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 1/4 teaspoon cumin Cayenne Pepper to taste..
Combine all ingredients and cover tightly.. Fridge at least two to two and half hours to allow all distinct flavors to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
Tastes great with chicken off the grill or with Broiled seafood. We love this recipe... Cool summer favorite.
