Chicken Farmers Guacamole
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice 2 medium ripe avacodos 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives.
Place juice in a medium size bowl.. Cut open avacado and spoon it out of skin. mash it with fork to whatever conistencey preferred. Mines lumpy , I like avacado.! Add remaining ingrediants and mix well. Vover and chill for a least two hours. then pull from fridge and let come to room temp. Serves 6
Hint: to keep color, add avacado pits to the mix. remove before seving. as drunken sorts tend to think they can eat them.
We serve avacado alot, we have found that the guacamole is a great compliment to grilled chicken.

Hope this one works out for you Jeanette, we have used this one for quite sometime. We really do like it, and it's pretty simple to make.
