Crispy Potato Balls 2 cups extreamly stiff mashed taters 2 cups finely chopped cooked ham 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 cup mayonaise 1 egg ever so beaten 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard 1/4 teaspoon fresh chives 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4tablespoons all purpose flour 1 and 3/4 cups of crushed corn flakes. 1/4 teaspoon cinammon in a crock bowl, combine the taters, ham, cheese, mayo, and egg. fold in the mustard, chives, pepper and cinammon. Mix well. Add flour. enough to make a stiff mixture...Place in fridge to Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll the balls in the corn flakes. Place balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350' for twenty five to thirty minutes. Serve em hot. This will make about 5 1/2 dozen. We have melted Cheddar cheese and added this to the side as a dip. These are great for snacks or as a quick fix for a party finger food.

cinimmon??? i put a dash in chili sometimes, but not ham and tators.. i am going to try this recipe.. keep'em comming CF

Always wanted something different, and a pinch of this a pinch of that.. Well it worked and it tasted pretty good. Give it a try.
