Ingredients: 2 cup chicken broth/or water 2 cups diced potatoes 1/2 cup grated carrots 1/2 cup celery 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk 1/4 cup butter 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 cup ham Preparation: Cook first part of ingredients till tender and add white sauce. Put flour and 1/2 cup milk in jar. Shake until no lumps seen. In sauce pan over med heat pour flour mixture and rest of milk and butter together. Cook until thickened, will need to stir continuously because it can burn. Add cheddar cheese and ham and then add potato mixture. I think this would be a good warmer upper..add some good home-made bread..yum..

Sounds like it could make a great sauce to put over meat loaf...or green veggies
