5 cups Chicken cooked 2 Tablespoons grated onion 1 Cup chopped celery 1/4 cup light cream 2/3 cup mayonaise 2/3 cup slivered almonds 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 2 Tablespoons vinegar 1 cup drained crushed pineapple Combine chicken,onion, celery, almonds, and the pineapple. Mix cream, with mayonaisse, salt, pepper and vinegar. Toss the chicken, refrigerate several hours befor serving... Enjoy.
