1 tbs fresh rosemary, finely diced. (about 1/2 tbsp dried) 4 cloves garlic, finely diced 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 steaks- about 1/2 lb each Salt and pepper Mix the rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Brush some of the mixture over steaks. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry (browning) the steaks in a hot pan. When almost done to however you like, remove the steaks and add the rest of the oil mixture and the balsamic vinegar. Reduce this until it gets thickened. Readd the steaks and coat both sides. Remove the steaks and thinly slice across the grain. Arrange on plate and pour the rest of the mixture over sliced steak.
